Lea Sternbach

MS, OTR/L, CBIS, CKT
Executive Clinical Director & Brain Injury Specialist

A whole-person perspective. A personal commitment to your independence.

Lea brings brain injury rehabilitation and occupational therapy together around one question: what will help this person live more independently? Drawing on her experience with complex neurological conditions, she connects cognition, movement, daily routines, and caregiver support to a practical plan for life beyond the clinic.

Lea earned her MS in Occupational Therapy from Towson University and is a Certified Brain Injury Specialist. Her background includes coma recovery, severe traumatic brain injury rehabilitation, and clinical education.

Occupational Therapist

Madison helps turn neurological rehabilitation into skills for everyday living: getting dressed, using an affected arm, preparing a meal, or getting back to a familiar routine. Her occupational therapy care connects hand and upper-body function with the attention, planning, and problem-solving that daily activities require.

Occupational Therapist

Sofia works with adults rebuilding daily life after stroke, brain injury, and other neurological changes. Her occupational therapy care brings meaningful activities together with practical strategies for coordination, self-care, and organizing daily tasks. The goal is to carry the skills practiced in therapy into home, family, and community life.

Jennifer Holmberg

Speech-Language Pathologist

Jennifer's work spans communication, cognition, and swallowing. She helps adults address word-finding, speech clarity, attention, memory, problem-solving, and swallowing difficulties after stroke or brain injury and with conditions such as Parkinson's disease and ALS. Care can include communication supports and strategies for changing needs, helping patients and families stay connected and navigate everyday conversations, tasks, and meals.

Physical Therapist — Licensed in Jamaica

Shantae's background in physical therapy brings a movement-focused perspective to neurological rehabilitation: balance, coordination, strength, and the mobility needed for everyday activities.
