Occupational therapist and brain injury specialist Lea Sternbach founded Maryland Neuro-Rehab & Wellness Center with a focus on the whole person. Movement, thinking, communication, and daily activities are connected. Your care should reflect that.
We begin by listening. Getting dressed, following a conversation, preparing a meal, or moving around your home may each involve different challenges. Understanding your day helps us choose meaningful goals together.
Our therapists bring different skills to that plan and coordinate with your doctors and care partners when appropriate. You come to the clinic for appointments and take practical strategies back into your life.
