This site is intended to provide clinic information, answer common questions, and make it easier for patients to contact Maryland Neuro-Rehab & Wellness Center.
Information you may share
If you use our contact form, we ask for your name, phone number, email address, and reason for inquiry. The website sends these details to our office by email so we can respond. You can also contact the office directly by phone or email.
How that information is used
Information shared through direct contact is used to respond to questions, coordinate appointments, verify logistics, and support communication with the clinic. It is not published on the site. Contact-form messages are delivered to the clinic’s Google Workspace mailbox. The website does not save a separate database of these messages or include their contents in application logs or analytics.
Website operation and external links
The website serves its images and fonts directly. Website hosting may process technical information such as IP addresses and requested pages to operate and maintain the service. When you choose to open an external link, that provider’s own privacy practices apply.
Spam protection
Our contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent automated spam. When the security check loads, your browser connects to Google, which processes technical information such as your IP address and browser information and uses a security cookie. Our server sends the verification token to Google; it does not include your name, phone number, email address, or inquiry text in that verification request. See Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. You can also contact the office directly by phone or email.
Google Maps
We embed Google Maps to help you find the clinic. When a map loads, your browser connects to Google, which may receive technical information such as your IP address and use cookies under its privacy policy. A directions link is available alongside each map.
Website measurement
We do not use Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager on this website.
Medical and privacy note
This website is informational. Please do not use the contact form for urgent medical requests. For urgent needs, patients should call the clinic directly or seek appropriate emergency care.
